Service Questionnaire

We kick off your design by getting to know your business, goals, and personal style. Do you love the color green? Want to sell six zillion pool noodles by fall? (Slow down there partner!) The Design Questionnaire gets the creative process started and helps our team make sure your website’s design is on target with your goals. Once you submit the questionnaire, your Brand Consultant will schedule a time to discuss, answer questions, and go over what’s coming next.

Compile Your
New website's
Content

You can’t make bricks without clay (or a website without content)! Having your site’s words and images early on is a huge help to our design team, so we can make sure the look of your site matches its content.

Words: You’ll get a link to your Content Questionnaire, which will help you gather the text for your new site. If you have an existing site and plan on using the same text, you can simply copy and paste your words into the questionnaire!

Images: Send us your images using Dropbox. We can create a Dropbox folder for you or you can share your own us at webstylist@photobiz.com.

Brand Consultation Content Review

Once both questionnaires are complete and your content and images are submitted, a Brand Consultant will review your material, discuss anything that needs clarification and advise the Design Team you're ready to move on to the next step!

Designing Your Website

One of our amazing designers will contact you to schedule a time to discuss the vision you have for your new website. They will take everything you’ve submitted and combine with their notes from your conversation to create an initial draft of the website. You’ll get a link to view the draft website they create, and you will be able to give your feedback and list of desired changes.

Design Revision Process

At this point you, you'll be actively working with the Design Team to tweak and refine the overall design to the website you envisioned.

Content Management Overview

Once the final changes have been made and you have approved the overall design, our Passionate Support Team will reach out to you to help you learn how to use, update and maintain your new website. This will include helping you connect your existing domain to your new PhotoBiz website or help you secure a domain through the PhotoBiz Control Panel.
